I am moving to Lakeland, Fl. and BrightHouse was recommended to me for cable TV & DSL. Is it any good ?? Thanks

welcome to satguys enigma!!

i think you'll find bhn fairly good for a cable tv provider. i rarely have had any problems with customer service and the few i have had were quickly resolved.

if you have specific questions, feel free to ask.

I have Bright House Network and it takes a year for them to get a HD channel it seems like (EX: ESPN HD, & ESPN2 HD) I don't like Bright House they have good service but they take way too long to get their channels.

but there customer service is superb.

try to make a long story short. early last month i switched back to bhn for digital phone service. instead of porting my number, i asked for a new one....was told it would be a 50 dollar refundable deposit.

now, i've had their service for quite awhile and i was miffed. talked to a supvervisor i know who said they would waive the deposit. never happened. finally today, supervisor credited the deposit and gave me a months free internet and phone service for my inconvience!

New HD channels?

Cox Phoenix now has Natl. Geographic HD
