I have talked with them, they look to be doing what Globecast is doing.

I believe they are for real, it will be interesting to see what their lineup is.

I am wondering if is they plan to use DVB MPEG-2 format in the clear or they want you to buy the receiver get the channel free, and our receivers are not compatible with their signal format?

I am thinking how did they gets the broadcast rights from some English speaking countries?

It would be nice to get Sky News,BBC-1 and 2 and many others stations that may be on but I am very doubtful about this whole thing.

Do you know what satellite they will be on?

If its in the clear, there really is only 2 formats to use
DVB-which we have
DCII-which 4DTV needs

Although they don't explain what HDU is, It sounds like either a type of encryption or a different LNB.

Maybe simply "Home Delivery Unit". Maybe C-4 is for "Coolsat 4000" (in addition to being a type of explosive). That would be sneaky.

But then again, I doubt the Coolsat 4000 "has the capability to be upgraded in the near future to accept MPEG-4 and HDTV signals".
