BYU TV Scrambled on 89W.

After deleting Byu and also deleting the tp and did a new blind scan.
BYU still scrambled.
Any one know about this?

Its just not being broadcast at this time from the way the stream looks.

I have a black screen but no $ in front so maybe its just uplink issues between BYU TV and Keystone (the uplinker)

G28 - 89w, 11787 H 15914, Got 2 ch that say scram, and one, NoAmerica G-28, ITC
EDIT: openbox FTA only scan

yes plenty of times. Recent as a couple days ago. Havent checked latelly
