Given the extra reinforcing ring part way out on the ribs, and the quad legs attached all the way out at the edge of the dish, someone can identify the brand.
But regardless, I'd be thinkin' $39 was a lot more fair price than $390! -

the 2 pics are different imo.
take a look at the black and white pic, the lnb legs go all the way to the edge of the dish. . .but in the coloured pic you can clearly see that one leg dont.
