*C Guide Question

A few days ago, while watching *C, the receiver powered off for a few seconds and then came back on. This is the first time this has happened. Although I had the remote in my hand, I don't believe I caused this power-off/power-on. Is it possible this was done by *C for some reason?

Anyway, since that event, my guide shows "No Info" in most (but not all) of the time slots and channels. Other than that, everything seems to be operating normally.

Any ideas....?
