So I am trying to install a 6500HD receiver at the trailer. I bought a used 20 dish with a Twin LNB on it. I have the dish up now and cant for the life of me get 82 to come in.
I have fluctuating single strength on 91 goes anywhere from 80-95% and never stays in one spot for any length of time. When I first installed I had 55% on 82 and was able to run check switch and watch a few HD channels but now I get nothing. Ive tried adjusting almost everything but cant seem to get steady strength or 82 sat at all.....
Any Idea's I may be missing?

What is your zip code? Is your pole plumb and is your skew/elevation set accordingly? How are you aiming the dish (with the 6500 built-in tuner?) Also, ensure Check Switch is detecting your LNB correctly as a DPP Twin. Finally, apps like Satellite Pointer on your phone can show you if you have a clear LOS of both 82 and 91.
