can I get amc 9 83west with a 26"dish in zip code 71360

I have gaxaly 18 on a 30"dish and amc21 and gaxaly 27 on a 26"dish and I have been trying to get amc 9 on a 26"dish all day and I know that Iam hitting the satellite because my power goes up when I hit it,and please dont ask me if my setting are right or if Iam useing the right lnb,I just wont to know if my dish is big enough for zip code 71360 or is it something els, THANKS
or do I just need to keep trying
 
You should be OK with a 20 inch dish (50cm) or larger.

Are you able to adjust your LNBF skew 15 degrees on your 26" dish? If you want to make sure you will get it, I'd recommend you get a WS9036 90cm dish and a linear Ku LNBF. This should work and make you happy!

I have all of that right ,but Iam trying to get RTN what does it take to get that on 11735
 
I'm getting RTN on a 36" 3ABN (similar to the GeoSatPro 90), for the most part without any problems. I did have low signal a couple of days ago, but its back up now.
 
I'm getting rtn (now rtv) on a 30" dish & my local is similar to yours. It is kind of difficult because there is a strong test signal on the adjacent 85W satellite.
