Can I sell my Dealership- Summit Advantage?

Hi- I've owned / operated my Dish Retailership for multiple years. Summit Pinnacle Elite, and have a modest residual. Can I sell my dealership, and how? Can I keep my dealership w/out a store-front?

Non transferable... But I know lots of retailers that don't have a storefront..

Thanks Skyviewmark. If I sell my company w/ (S-Corp)......is that considered a Xfer? The company name, it's name, and operations continue status quo as far as any vendors are concerned?

Principal Owner/Partner can't change. Dish won't allow it if they find out.

If you see all your residuals are gone... they do not transfer over.

Thanks guys. Does anyone know if I can go from a store to no store.....home office? I'll talk to my distributor to see if they have any ideas too. Thanks for the great input!
