Can login mydish.com, but My Programming gives error, back to login page

Note to DIRT. I have this problem and have never had a DTV PAL on account. However, I did several years ago have a Dish Digital TV converter box on my account.

A Dish Digital TV converter will cause the same issue.

But not if Dish never knew about it! At least that's what I'm guessing because I have a DTVPal, yet have no such My Programming issue.

That could explain the problem. I had three added to my account, even though I only received two ...

Why on Earth did they EVER put DTVPals/TR40s on the account info anyway?

Maybe warranty reasons, may to know how many were in the field. I'm sure there was some sort of reason for it.

DIRT-any update on this issue? It is past the point of being annoying--as it's been 2 months, it was September when I first noticed the issue, since I've

been able to access "My Programming" in mydish.

Hopefully someone from DIST can dig into this and get a update of some sort.

I think it may work better if you PM DIRT instead of posting in a thread they may overlook...

I thought I read on a forum post somewhere that the fix is coming in January. Maybe it was the dish support forum, I can't remember.
