Can Scientific Atlanta Satellite Receiver D9225 be used for cue tones?

Helping a guy that is getting The Walk and he needs a satellite receiver that can pull off cue tones.
Wondering if a Scientific Atlanta Satellite Receiver D9225 can be used?

What other receivers can get them.

Are the cue tones carried on an APID? If so, any STB should be able to receive. If they are using a commercial IRD and ASI or SDI, the APID can be cherry picked from the transport stream and no need for a second receiver.
