Can someone translate this?

I just went to check MyAccount online with Dish and this is what was listed under the "a la carte" options:

Digital Home Advantage (2 Receiver),
DISH Network DVR Service Fee,
1 YR CINEMAX PENNY OFFER,
Nosports,
HBO/SHOW/MAX 3 MO FREE,
HD Pak,
DISH Home Protection Plan,
Digital Home Advantage (1 Receiver)

Is this list cumulative over the life of your account? The reason I ask is because I'm not getting HBO/SHOW for free right now, and I only have 2 receivers, so why would I have DHA listed for 3?

I'm trying to get my account in order so that I can move to the DVR advantage billing, but I want to make sure I'm not going to be getting screwed in the long run.

For some stupid reason,they never remove receivers from your account. I have one owned box listed that I threw away years ago when it went bad.
