Can the HDTV light be turned off on 922?

Man that light is BRIGHT!!! When I am watching a BluRay the HDTV moniker is unbelivably bright. Is there a menu item whereby that blasted light can be turned off?!!:mad:
 
Yes, it's called black electrical tape. What you do is buy some from a hardware menu. Then you select the length you need. Once you have your length you cut it with A. Scissors B. Knife C. Anything you like. Place the cut tape to the logo. Now enjoy no light and your golden. On a serious note no you can not turn it off.
 
I actually did this but I put a layer of painters tape and then electrical tape so there's no messy residue if I take the tape off.
