Can Tivo control a Pansat 2700a ?

I have a stand alone Phillips Tivo. Pansat is in the list of devices that Tivo controls, but the Ir controler isnt working. I would be satisfied to just set up all programs to record manually, but for this to work i need to be able to change the channels. Anyone figured this out ???

I have a SA Tivo box as well. It's controlling my VOOM box just fine. Wish it had fortec codes.

Three things:
Have you tried using the "slow" code?
Is your IR blaster pointed at the actual IR port? Some boxes have alot of "smoky plastic", it can make it hard to tell at first where the IR port on the Pansat is!
Did you try it in direct sunlight, or florecent lights? If I have all my CF bulbs on, some of my remotes don't work as well.
