i noticed on galaxy 23 at 121 a provider called Andrita Media Center broadcasts on tp 15, well some of the channels are scrambled dg-II channels such as playboy-tv and the tennis channel. Well if these are scrambled, then using the cause and effect example, if there are scrambled channels, then there must be a provider that will unscramble them for you.

also who provides for the erotic networks on tp-16?

so who is using those channels, and can you sub to them?

those are for cable companies

on Lyngsat unless there is a red channel number in the right column,. you can not get those on a 4DTV nor be able to subscribe
(example...look at TP15 there are some audio channels that have numbers in the 800's)

I'm sure if there were 2 million 4dtv subscribers left. Those feeds would be available. But for now all you can do is program in a generic and hope they turn off the encryption someday.
Personally i've never seen them open up. But, maybe fizzletech could check for us each day. :D

Leave your dish on that channel, and wait lol. Back when GI was working on the VideoPal, I would leave my dish on G3 , Cable Video Store all the time. Sometimes they would switch to fixed key scrambling on the old Videocipher and leave it on untl 4-5pm during the weekdays. Just leave your hometheater sound on loud, and when they drop the scrambling>you'll hear it !! Used to knock me right out of bed, haha. Got some good PPV movies that summer. (1988? or 89)

I doubt there's any PPV avail thru DC2, it never really caught on with c-band, prices were too high, number of PPV titles each month was low, not enough money made on PPV thru c-band. And the numbers were dwindling down, each month, as more people were able to get cable, or chose to buy cable-on-a-stick.
