Is there any Canadian programming on dishnetwork?

What do you mean by Canadian programming? Specific shows or channels. If you talking channels, other than the yet to be launched NHL Network (which will be some Canadian programming, some US), no.

If you want Canadian satellite programming, google "the canadian solution."

ONMI TV has lots of programming in different languages.Looks like a nice channel to have.

Sadly, this would suffer from the same issue of conflicting broadcast rights that keeps CBC/CTV/Global/CITY et al. off US providers.

While the unique programming could be shown, any program with distrubtion rights to another US channel would have to be blacked out

The superstations dont blockout any programming that duplicates local programming (except in rare situation)

Yes but they have US distribution rights (which the Canadian broadcasters would have to buy/obtain)
