Canadian service below the 49th parallel

I`m not clear on "time shifting." I currently get US Eastern (Detroit & Rochester) and US Western (Seattle & Spokane).
Are there other options available??

I think when they mentioned time shifting above, it referred to Canadian time shifting, with Shaw Direct I get 5 time zones (for Canadian networks). And yes for the US networks I only get 2, East and Pacific.

cspiteri like djdish said you get 5 CDN time zones and 2 US feeds...BUT...b'cuz most of the American shows are on CDN channels too you usually get 4-5 times a night for an American show too.

Exactly, I find that for example I have been able to watch Blue Bloods on Friday at about 6 PM Central on CTV Atlantic, instead of waiting say until 9 PM Central to watch it on CBS East
