Canadian with Directv problem

I can tell you with 100% certainty that no law enforcement agency in Canada gives $h!t about dtv being used in Canada and I'd be willing to bet dtv doesn't give a $h!t where you are as long as they get their money every month, they only put those terms and conditions because they HAVE to
 
Sorry if this has been covered before, but can't find any news on it by searching, curious why the Canadian forum has been sent to archives?
