Had to cancel satellite service due to cost and lack of NFL football this year. Would get DIRECTV again if they brought back the original satellite experience as the app always crashed.

Will miss some of the channels but the cost was too high! The CSR didn't even try to give me any options and overall very good experience.

So, now where are you going ?

YTTV for the NFL ?

Unfortunately that and/or NFL+ although they don't have live games in the US.
Same boat here. I canceled 4 months ago?(saving $166) Not sure what I will do with collage , and pro football now.

Need like 4 subscriptions minimum to get NFL from other providers. Season ticket just got to expensive also

Keep in mind if your looking for NFL games, you Can get Just the Sunday Ticket from You tube with out the TV package again ... I haven't checked prices on that, though.

With YTTV, you'd have your Locals for the Sunday and Monday night games. (Until they make everything Streaming in the future)

Alot of people already have an Amazon Prime account and don't know about Amazon Prime being part of the package.

I knew it would be getting higher and higher ...
How does the NFL (or whoever is pricing it) think people will continue to throw money at them when what is it, 25% of the games are Not on the Ticket ?
Yep, you would think for that amount it would be the exception that you get everything.

Wow! Back in 1997 the Sunday Ticket was around $79 IIRC. Albeit standard definition and everything was one satellite back then.

It would be nice if the NFL did what the MLB does and offer a single team package.

Incorrect. Looking on YouTube right now it says this

New NFL Sunday Ticket users pay $276 or 8 non-cancellable payments of $34.50/mo
That was a promo they extended. it was like for 5 days...must not have had many takers? It originally expired on the 7th

I remember that well ....

And to think, we all thought THAT was alot.

Wasn't it going for like $800 MSRP for a while with DTV? Not many actually paid that much, I'd expect.

I'm assuming YTTV, Amazon, Peacock (maybe) and which else? ST?

With sat you would need the same four subscriptions would you not?

Netflix for the Christmas games. Peacock and ESPN+ also have some national exclusives.

This season you can go all D2C with Paramount+ (CBS), Fox One, Peacock (Sunday Night Football) and ESPN Unlimited (Monday Night Football). Before if you didn't have OTA reception, whatever games your local FOX affiliate aired required a pay TV login to watch on TV.

A new email address would get one the new customer pricing.
Yes that will work however….If subscribing via YouTube that would be fine. But if subscribing through YouTube TV people probably wouldn't want to unsubscribe and open a new account.

HR24 can't connect to internet

I just got DirecTV satellite. What should I expect?
