so today we got our bill and it's over $500.00. um 500 for what the genie is not connected to the internets so no PPV can be ordered but the system is billing us for channels that we didn't authorize!!! they screwed our free one year up and lost that though the rep seen it!!! and she was as useless as tits on a bore. it's been one god damm thing after another with em. f**k at&t

I finally started getting DTV-branded "bill is ready" emails beginning with the cycle that started earlier this month. I still get AT&T-branded "thank you" emails, however.
My account log-in and overview are both on DirecTV.com

Was there any insight on how that happened? Did they say if the same extra channels Were the extra channels added via Internet or phone?

At over $500 that would have to be Premier with a bunch of international and/or porn channels. What did they have you down for?

they have us on the premier with mgm+ package with qoute on qoute no add on's!!! i look ay my bill and there's all kinds of add on's we didn't authorize!!! we keep being told it's a system glitch on there end and it would be fixed 6 months later still the same BS!!! also sick of calling in and playing musical rates with our deal for the free year they offered us and then someone else says another thing... it's just time to give em the two middle fingers since they were charging us for alot more than we authorized. oh and we never added any extra channels on our end via internet or by phone makes me wonder if the reps have sticky fingers or even know what there doing!!! it took them 4 hours to remove the stuff we didn't authorize

our bill comes from AT&T out of clear stream IL. it's an utter disater!!!
