Cannot Get Rural Tv

I Can Get Everything from 58 to 137 but i cannot get a whiff of this channel. I am using a Manhattan Receiver with a 10 Ft dish anybody else getting this with a Manhattan receiver.

This Has Been A Puzzler for me i have tried adjusting symbol rate and frequency and still no luck i can get everything else but not this.

I was able to get it by pulling the LNB a little big away from the dish.

Me too....except I'm using a Pansat 9200HD..I think there are too many other freq.'s close to the Rural freq for the Pansat to recognize...
