The installer came out...
He brought a HD-21.
Still no SWM. But, he did bring another dish that hs said would now work with the new HD DVRs (21-23).
We went through the same nonsense...and I did not get it installed.
He told me a way around the issue that I am going to try that looks to be cheaper than what I was planning..
If it works, I will report back when I try it…
