Maybe you misunderstood me, they have the HD on CI now..If you update your guide you will see that channel 637 is showing the Boston game in HD. It is FSN North though.. The Red Wings game is on 627 in HD from FSN Detroit...

I updated my program guide and they showed up last night. Trying updating the guide if you aren't seeing the games today..

Yeah I hear ya...But the way Dish is at least we have one channel showing it in HD. I do think I saw CI showing a Bruins game on NESN, a couple games later? I just hope they don't start slacking more then they are now!

Have you heard any updates whether it will be made available in the future on Dish? It has been uplinked for a while.

Rumor is that a) DirecTV paid top coin to get MSG HD and (b) MSG is requiring to be carried as a full-time RSN.

I really wish Dish carried MSG in HD. Not that my favorite team plays on it but it sure would had a lot of HD on Center Ice, and I love HD hockey!

Not only is it LPGA, it's a REPEAT broadcast!

I guess a rebroadcast of women's golf (all significant tournaments are over for 2008) trumps opening night for hockey. I wish the NHL would get some commitment from VS or whoever they sell broadcast rights to instead of selling out to the highest bidder -- for the good of the game...

Same here! For me, it's a dealbreaker. I think CI is a good deal, it's just not a good deal on Dish. Last year, some of the compressed SD broadcasts were virtually unwatchable -- certainly, at least, not enjoyable to watch.

Yeah that is very true..Hopefully the golf listed tonight on Vs. is a misprint and we get to see some hockey in HD!

On a sidenote, I contacted Versus after seeing my tv guide on Directv and noticed tonight’s games were not in HD but they tell me both games will indeed be in HD.
