What happens with the Playoffs, are all games considered National? For example if Pittsburgh is playing Philly in the first round, and I subscribe to the sports pack, will I get the Pens game on Root Sports if I am in Bangor Maine? Through my Canadian provider we get every single playoff game through CBC, NBC, TSN and TSN 2...

Starting last year all playoff games are now on national channels between NBCSN, NHLNet, and I think a few overflow went to CNBC last year.

RSNs can still do games in the first round (and perhaps a few in the second), but the national rights go to NBC/NHL. Center Ice no longer includes playoff games.
