i found a channel master dish that has a ku low noise block converter 11.7 to 12.2 ghz 0.8db the supply voltage is +15 to 24 vdc will it work with a sonicview preminer and if the lnb want work can i put a primestar lnb on it . thanks

yes and yes

yes it will work with a sonicview receiver
yes you can put a P* LNB on it but I would try the existing one first

As Iceberg said, it will work, but there is a possibility that the LNB on the dish is a single polarity model. Does it look something like the one in the attached picture? If so, it is single polarity. To replace it with a dual-polarity model, you would want to remove the waveguide and LNB from the feedhorn as seen in the picture, and replace that assembly by bolting a newer, dual-polarity LNB (such as the Primestar) in its place on the feedhorn.
