Channel problem on *C

I have just finished setting up a *C system in our RV. I took one of the receivers from home, a round dish, and a plain linear LNBF. I thought it was all working, but I just noticed that some channels give the message "Processing your request ...". On further investigation, it appears that all the channels that are "vertical" polarization work, but the "horizontal" polarization channels don't work.

Is this a known problem? If so, what's the fix?

Sounds like you have a non stacked dish at home and a stacked dish on your RV. You will need to call SC to get the channel maps changed on the unit in your RV.
