I thought that he was just evading the question. First he says that the 21 HD channels are not all "true HD". He made a distiction to say that there was "upconvert" material in the 21 HD channels. I have yet to see this on any of the 21 exclusive channels. Second, he replied with a scripted answer: we are trying to see if we can buy their programming.

Again, the real question was why are you not the HD Leader (E*) when you claim to be and you (E*) don't have 39 HD channels?

Just my 2 cents.

The only HD leader I know of is none yet. Voom is the closest.
