Wish I had a nice piece of land for Super DXing and not deal with any pesky HOA around here! 
Don't look for land in the ~13,000 square mile National Radio Quiet Zone in parts of WV, VA, and a bit of MD then. Depending which of the 5 zones you're in, even gas engines are prohibited since the ignition systems emit enough RF energy to interfere with the sensitive telescope. WiFi, cordless/cell phones are out of course, and even digital cameras are prohibited. You can make up for size with quantity. Here is a picture on the way to a job I did at Intelsat Mountainside Teleport in Hagerstown, MD. They have a couple of big dishes to play with and this is only a small portion of the site.
