I receive 97 and 101 via a DiSeqC 2-way switch. It isn't working good and I want to change it out with the WSD-2001 switch. What switch setting on the receiver do I need to get this 2-way Chieta switch to work if that's even possible? I have a PANSAT 6000 XHC. Thanks

What you would want to do is set DiSEqC to "None" or "Off" or "Disable" or whatever its called on your receiver, and set 22k to "Off" for the satellite connected to 0k in and 22k to "On" for the satellite connected to 22k in.

gotcha

. . and, both LNBs (on both dishes) need to be Standard, not Universal, correct?

Reason being, the 22khz tone needed to get the Universal LNB into high-band mode, won't go through the 22khz switch.

suggestions

The three choices that come to mind, are:
1) go back to diseqc (try a better diseqc switch)
2) I think my receiver can send the diseqc command twice - try that.
3) change the LNBs to Standard (It's just money and time)

I'm sure others will come up with better ideas.
