are Cleveland locals on 129 again? Yet? Or soon?

I get mine from 61.5, but according to TheList, they are on and available.

saw that.. wasn't sure if the list was up-to-date or not.

I believe TheList is updated with every uplink report. The same tool makes both.

They've been on 129, HD that is for quite some time. I don't know how long it's been, but it seems like at least several months now.
