Cltv?

On Wikipedia, on E* channel lineup, I saw a channel named CLTV, saying it was coming 2008. Is this the Chicago CLTV, or is there another CLTV? It will be channel 206 if it is real.

206 is located in the Business/news channels right between Fox News and CNBC west. Probably another news channel. If it were a Chicago local, you would think is would be grouped around the rest. But then again, if it is an all news station, maybe going national.

CLTV is one of the very few things I miss about Comcast. I will be glad to have it as a local. I read the Wiki page but I don't see anything that says it will be on 206.
