Club Diah question

My daughter lives in North Carolina and she is having Dish installed.
So my question is since I am in Cincinnati can I just give her the number off the club dish
that I got in the mail a few weeks ago or does she have to have the actual club dish card?
I have already given her the number so hopefully some one of you folks can let me know if this is enough.

I do know that you can sent her the invite via email from your acct page on Dish's site.

I got two certificates in the mail yesterday... The certificates say they expire in two weeks... so I threw them in the garbage.

The Club Dish number has to be given to DISH as part of the installation setup process. She can cancel and start over again if she wants to usr Club Dish.
