All went well with set-up. Placed passive amps between dish and right before multiswitch (3x4). Have 2 receivers active with two ports available. Fired up first time. Ground block installed and no Terminators. Now to save me some more time, could someone please give me the simple on adding the TiVo or DVR. Will not be DSS model.

The simple on adding a DVR.
Buy or lease the model you want.
Connect the two sat inputs to the multiswitch.
Call DirecTV to activate.

Not sure what you meant by "Will not be DSS model"?

Already have an account, but thanks for the answer. I meant it would not be a lease unit, but a purchased one.
My questions may seem overly simplistic to you folks, because this is what you know. On different site the opposite could likely be true.
