College Spots South on Dish, does Dish

not carry CSS, I was trying to watch the Mississippi State Game, is dish carrying it?

Never heard of College Spots South, Do you mean Sports South (formally Turner South) or Fox Sport Net - South. Sports South is showing a football game on 437, not sure which game while Fox Sports is showing TCU vs Texas on 420. These channels are regional sports networks and if you are not in their region you do not get them unless you subscribe to the Multi-sports package and even then the games may be blacked out.

yes. comcast sports south
here in the hometown of misssissippi state university where all we have is northland cable they cant seem to compromise carriage deals for the state game so the closest thing is the fm radio
