Coming Soon: The DISH Sling Adapter!

From the first post:

o Network Bandwidth Recommendations
HD viewing: 3 Mbps or higher
SD viewing: 600 Kbps or higher
Mobile viewing: 150 Kbps or higher

So... What do you intend to use on the remote end? If you're just using an iPhone or Android phone, you should be fine.

Mostly iPad and iPhone viewing and possibly Android.
My concern is the 500K upload (more like 450k available) would become a bottle neck. Do you think that is the case?

mostly ipad and iphone viewing . Will I really notice my 500k upload limit?
I am pretty sure the iPhone will use the lowest data rate of 150kbps, so that should work well. Somebody with an iPad will have to tell you what it's client is capable of. Since iPad owners have lavished praise on the picture, my guess is that it's using the 600kbps figure. So that won't work very well except on your local LAN.
