Comprehensive list of planned HD RSN's?

I've seen a lot of threads asking about one RSN or another, but I'm wondering if there is a comprehensive list of all the RSN's D* plans to offer in HD and/or any timetables for them...?

Might make it easier for all of us searching for particular ones.

In case there isn't such a list, the ones I'm looking for are FSN Midwest and Cincinnati.... I already have CSN Chicago.

On top of this question, Id like to know how to find out what RSN's Im entitled to in my area. I see all these added but really dont know what Im allowed to see.

Yes, it's on D*'s site, I think in the same section at the local check... if I find the page I'll link it here.

We are entitled to FSN South and SportSouth here in Charleston. Neither is HD yet, but when they are, you will get them. I just hope they are turned on in time for Duke Basketball

I'm actually the opposite - I figured I'd only get FSN Midwest, but was pleasantly surprised to find out that I also get CSN Chicago and FSN Cincinnati.
