I want to connect my H20 to an OTA antenna for HD locals and my AT-9 for the remaining D* content. I read somewhere that the AT-9 multiswitch should not be used to combine the D* signal with the OTA signal.

How are folks feeding OTA to H20 IRD's?

With a separate RG-6 from the antenna to the H20....for multiple H-20s use a splitter.

Don't use a diplexer with the antenna. As texasbrit said, run a separate coax from the H20 to the antenna.

Thanks much, my Squareshooter is on its way.... fortunately i'm in an area which only requires a small antenna.

I work in a facility running directTv in five waiting rooms. I'd like to play a dvd from one DVD player that outputs to all the monitors. I was thinking, maybe I can get the direct feed from the dish before it is distributed troughout the building and output the signal back to the TVs using a RF modulator. Is this possible to accomplished? If not, what do I need to make it work?
