constant breakups on HD channels

Why should it cost the sub $100 when the problem is Dish's sats and software. They are getting like cable back when I dumped cable for Dish. Any time I had signal issues they always blamed it on my TV, but at least they didn't charge for the guy coming out to check out the system (at least back in 1999 they didn't).

Something is wrong with the "system" when companies like Dish can get away with charging for service calls that they know aren't needed and can't fix the problem. Dish should have to credit the charge back if they don't fix the problem.
