The weather here is perfect, my signal is bouncing around 95-96 and I am loosing audio every 15-20 seconds. The screen does a micro studder at the same time. This is affecting all my channels except OTA and the music channels. I rebooted and it didn't help. Any ideas?

Is this on all satellite channels?
Try this trick: switch to an OTA channel with stable signal (by entering its number on the remote), and then switch back to your satellite channel (by pressing BACK or by entering the channel number, not using ChUp/Dn).
