contact installers before installation?

my installation will be custom. pole mount, 200 ft run. i'd like to discuss this with installer BEFORE they come out. pole size, etc. is this possible??

Probably not. Seems like the jobs aren't assigned that far ahead.

You might (and probably will) have to simply hire a local installer to do the job. Custom is not 'free' and if you arrange the install yourself with a local company, you have a much better shot at success.

I was going to say the same... find a local retailer and you can talk to them as much as you want before they come out. If you call a 1-800 number, it is hard telling who will get the job. Only way you will be able to talk to them is if they pre-call you to confirm the order before they come out
