Fortec Correct Universal LNB settings for Fortec Star Lifetime Ultra

I just realized there are 2 settings for Universal LNBs on the Fortec Star Lifetime Ultra, but I'm new to this and not sure which to choose. There is no manual or instructions in the box for the LNB. The box for my LNBs show:

INPUT: 10.70-12.75 GHz
OUTPUT: 950-2150 MHz
NOISE: 0.1dB

Fortec Star Lifetime Ultra's settings choices:

Universal 1 is 9750-10600 MHz
Universal 2 is:9750-10750 MHz

Which is the correct setting? THANKS!
