Cowgirl Channel Shutdown?

It looks like Cowgirl Channel is shutting down - less than 3 years after it launched. There is currently a notice on the channel saying "The cowgirl channel content is moving over to Cowboy Channel+ starting 11/16. Catch all your favorite shows in one place."

And tonight, it shut down. Channel 233 is now the channel is no longer available slate.
