Cox Cable HD

Im in central Louisiana and have Cox cable and wanted to know if anybody that has Cox cable with the HD channels to tell me what HD channels they get and their quality and how well does the Cox DVR work ? and maybe also what total cost is per month ???

Iam in Hampton Roads, VA area. I am getting the following HD channels: CBS/PBS/Universal/ESPN/HBO/ShowTime/CineMax/INHD1/INHD2

The Digtal & HD channels look good through the Motorolla 6412 DVR. I really like having a DVR and I had no problems with working it. I will probably be getting rid of my VCR from my system rack. Iam paying $9.95 /mth for DVR and $4.95/mth for DVR serivce.
