How is the picture quality? I remember seeing it on DISH before I cancelled, but the quality was lacking (soft and fuzzy).

Not as good as the direct FTA feed from 103W, but very good for OTA broadcast.

the Cozi feed is a part time thing on a channel called FETV. Dish gives it minimal bandwidth

Good news, COZI has come to Albuquerque's TV market today! It's on KASA-DT rf ch. 27.2 and is 480i 16:9 video format!
