CPTV in HD

I just realized i'm getting CPTV in HD on channel 49 in New York. Is this new or is eveyone in the area getting it?

I also get some programs in HD on that channel. I'm in Dutchess County, NY

Fairfield county in CT, where channel 49 is, is in the NY dma, so you are supposed to get it. It went live months ago, not sure exactly when.
