CSRs misinformation, why do we keep believing it?

Hey FunkyBoss A CSR told me you didn't even have voom . Don't get upset , just kidding , I just liked your post and think it's funny
 
Well, I know one thing: If we continue to beat up all the CSR's, then they'll turn mean and won't give out any information at all. And who could blame them? The result would be a person reading from a computer screen and everytime you need to solve a problem you'd have to go through 50 questions just before they acknowledge that you have a problem. Kinda like Dish Network's CSRs. :D

I prefer they stay friendly and BS with me on the phone. I get tired of non-personal CSRs with other companies.

Well, if they only have 25,000 subs will that finally convince them to combine some of these ridiculous channels for more quality, i.e bandwidth and convince them that WM9 should be a PQ upgrade as well as a capacity upgrade?

I raed a post from Wilt where he said the PQ is as good as any provider's. The only PQ issues Voom has acknowledged are things like stuttering.
