I would hope people arn't expecting much when they say they want all that ....
If some one asked me for all that for free, I 'd tell them to go buy it thier selves....

You can probably get a very good deal on the HR10-250 by calling retention, it certainly won't hurt to ask. Your existing commitment is voided and they will start your 2 year programming commitment on the day you activate a new DVR or HD receiver.
 
I just call and cry and scream like a baby. I try to use the exact pitch of an infant (it takes some practice). I never say anything. They send me $1000 in the mail every time like clockwork. You should try it. ;)
