CW in PHX now subnet

CW in PHX is now owned by Scripps and has been moved from 61.1 (dish 61.0) to broadcast Sub Channel 15.2 (NOT on dish).
Broadcast Channel 61.1 is now independent AZ61 (not CW).

Requesting
a) DISH retrans CW 12.2 similar to MeTv 7.2 (dish 11.0)
Or
b) DISH carry CW parent channel similar to laff, bzzr, grio, grit... in the 200s.
