I have to replace at least half a dozen D11 receivers that are in a headend that NACE built for me in early 2006. As I recall, there were two different heights of D11 receivers: some which could conveniently be racked eight to a shelf, and others that only conveniently fit six on a shelf. These racks had eight to a shelf.
Does anyone know which receivers (D11-X00) were the thick ones and which were the thin ones? NACE only has D11-500s in stock. If I can't get receivers that fit those rack shelf slots, then I'll either have to add a couple shelves that can hold the wider, new receivers or take my chances with eBay, which is now an adventure since most D11s are leased rather than owned, and the pre-owned ones may have balances due.
