The actual "Dark Matter" show is copyright Dark Matter Series 3 Inc. A Quick Google shows their headquarters are in Toronto and there does not seem to be a parent company associated with that Legal Entity. That's encouraging!

Finished up the last season last night. Talk about a cliffhanger. I really hate Syfy now.
