I am new here, so I hope this is the right spot to post any questions...
I have the DCT2500 Box (http://www.cablesuite541.com/pdf/DCT2500_Manual.pdf)
And I am getting ERR0 just 2 DAYS after comcast came out, They cannot come out until next saturday! (FOOTBALL?!?)
Anyway, The REMOTE Does not RESPOND to the BOX AT ALL. The box only displays ERR0. I checked in the manualy and it says NORMAL OPERATION (wtf..?)
I did a long unplug of it, checked all cableing etc. Anybody know of an easy way to fix this??
